When Sohail was 21, he sold his parents’ Scarborough home privately – and has been hooked on real estate ever since. That first sale was a great start to a successful career; these days, Sohail is in the top 5% of agents in Canada. He has received the Royal LePage Director’s Platinum Award*, Royal LePage President’s Gold Award** and the recipient of the Royal LePage Lifetime Award of Excellence*** for exceptional sales achievements between 2006-2016.

Sohail loves helping people find homes, sell their properties, and make smart investments. His clients love his laid-back personality, personal approach and unbeatable real estate knowledge.

He knows the city (and ‘burbs) like few others. A self-professed workaholic, he’s smart, responsive – and maybe a little bit obsessive. If you send him an email at 10pm, chances are, you’ll get a reply right away.

Sohail lives in downtown Toronto – he’s a devoted urbanite and unrepentant foodie with a knack for discovering great local food spots. When he’s not working (it does happen occasionally), he’s scoping out neighbourhood hot spots and great dining destinations. He’s a passionate traveller too – the only continents he hasn’t covered are Africa and Antarctica. (But they’re on his list.)

Anne Pezzack

Sales representative. Tree hugger. DIY junkie.

Licensed since 2008, Anne has a degree in fine arts and business, a background in event management, marketing, and customer service – and a keen eye for design. This powerful combo makes her the ideal partner for finding the perfect downtown digs, staging a property for design-conscious urban buyers, and negotiating the best price on your behalf.

Fun, creative and always hands-on, Anne enjoys getting to know clients and hearing their stories. She prides herself on her laid-back, yet organized, approach; it’s not about “selling” people on a property or a price, but creating a cooperative experience where she educates clients and helps them get the best possible result.

Anne is a dedicated city girl who specializes in the core 416 areas and shares her love of Toronto with her clients. You can often find her cycling or jogging through her favourite downtown neighbourhoods, discovering new shops and TO’s coolest corners.

Anne’s love of discovery and adventure extends beyond Toronto. She has explored 27 countries on five continents, and spent two years living in the UK, where she worked at the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics, implementing the look of the Games. Anne is also a confirmed DIY-er who has tackled projects from quick fix decorating to home renovations. She’s always happy to share her hard-won experience and knowledge.

Joelle Manoli

Sales Representative. Beer lover. Math nerd.

 

Joelle hasn’t always been into real estate. In fact, her background is a little unusual – she’s actually a paramedic-turned-Realtor, which is a skill combo few of us in the industry can boast. (Worried about hyperventilating during a bidding war? Joelle’s totally got you covered.)

But in all seriousness, it’s a background that ensures she has a lot of the qualifications of a great agent; she’s caring, compassionate, and knows how to help people through big changes in their lives. And it’s an opportunity to share happy occasions with her clients, which isn’t always a possibility when she’s wearing her paramedic hat.

One of Joelle’s favourite things to do is drive around and explore. She’s happy to go anywhere, in the city or into the countryside, to help her clients. And she loves helping people find homes, especially first-time buyers.

Joelle was born in Montreal (her French is excellent), was raised in North York, and is now a proud Burlingtonian. And, she’s also a science geek and math whiz who tutored her fellow students from the time she was 14. As comfortable with digits as she is with people, she’s the perfect partner to help you crunch your own numbers and buy or sell your home.
